Who we are

Shaun is an experienced advocate and has assisted clients in managing disputes before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Shaun has a broad based litigation practice and advises clients on shareholder disputes, contract enforcement, debt collection, corporate governance issues, real estate litigation and other commercial matters

In addition to his litigation practice, Shaun specializes in Franchise Law including Franchise Disputes and Litigation. He represents clients in a multitude of industries including restaurant and food services, health and fitness, transportation, automotive services, logistics and real estate.

Shaun advises franchisors and franchisees alike on a myriad of issues including franchisor disclosure obligations, the preparation and delivery of Franchise disclosure documents and Franchise Agreements, franchise disputes, renewal negotiations, rescission applications, and commercial leasing matters.
